I have been with Answering Adelaide for three years now and highly recommend their services. I had used 2 other companies previously and know that Answering Adelaide is supreme in their quality of services. They are efficient and professional. The staff are extremely friendly and communicative.

The staff will go out of their way for your company and use their own initiative. On occasion when I have had clients make mistakes and turned up when we have been closed for a training day, Answering Adelaide staff have rung me on my mobile and rung the client back, who is still standing on our door step and taken care of the problem and smoothed it over without a hic cup. It is rare to have this dedication and caring.

The staff are all long standing, experienced and work like a family, that is the sense I felt when I met with them. When I was making my decision about changing to Answering Adelaide I went to their office to meet all the girls and see things for myself.
