Answer Adelaide was founded in 1992 to provide an Australian state and interstate service designed to overcome the deficiencies often associated with paging services. Whilst paging services are a highly efficient means of relaying messages and information, they are often seen a impersonal and inflexible.

Answer Adelaide is a personalized Answering Service with facilities to do direct paging. This service is offered to our clients as a business hours, after hours or complete 24 hour service, 365 days per year.


Answer Adelaide provides a professional, individually tailored service to all our clients. Incoming calls are dealt with efficiently and politely. We do not reveal to callers that they have reached an answering service unless requested by the client.
All staff are skilled and trained in conflict resolution, problem solving, customer service and use of our PABX telephone system. Whilst we are much more than a paging service, our own paging system is available to all our clients if required.


Our current clients in Australia range from Television Stations, Travel Centres, Local Councils through to Locksmiths, Real Estate Agents, Nursing Agencies and various types of Clinics. To each of our clients we offer vastly different services, tailored to exactly what our individual client prefers. The staff at Answer Adelaide are familiar with all aspects of the after hour requirements and/or emergencies that could occur dealing with local government bodies.
